We Build Dreams to boot.

Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus is a boutique creator of High-performance racing and road cars.

Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus, often called SCG, is based in New York and founded in 2004; the company name comprises his wife’s maiden name and James Glickenhaus’s family name.

SCG is also a racing team best known for its involvement in endurance racing, the 24 Hours of Nürburgring, the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the Baja 1000.

‘We find the toughest races in the world and design vehicles to compete in those challenges. Then we make road-legal versions.’

Founder James Glickenhaus was a film director, producer, and financier; some would say a somewhat unusual background for a specialist car manufacturer.

Although James’s success in the world of cinematography is thought to have financially assisted the developing SCG.

Nonetheless, specialist cars he makes and incredibly well.

There are four main cars SCG is best known for.

The SCG 003, a very limited supercar devised for both road and track.

The SCG 004S is a three-seat, central driving position, 646bhp, mid-engined supercharged V8 supercar.

The SCG Boot, which is a homage to Steve McQueen’s Baja Boot.

The vehicle Mr McQ first raced was his Baja Boot in the 1968 Stardust 7-11 off-road race.

And last but not least, the Glickenhaus Le Mans Hypercar, the SCG 007LMH/S

SCG’s ethos: Some companies build cars. We build DREAMS.
