Pininfarina Automobili has unveiled the ultra-exclusive Pininfarina Battista Reversario, a bespoke rendition of their electric hypercar.
Tailored to the desires of an existing owner of a Pininfarina Battista Anniversario.
Pininfarina only produced 5 Pininfarina Battista Anniversario models.
The Battista Anniversario edition was unveiled on May 22, 2020. They were commemorating more than nine decades of Pininfarina history.
Each Battista Anniversario was hand-painted in Cambiano through a complex 3-step painting process.
The Battista Reversario is the counterpart to the limited-edition Battista Anniversario, featuring a bespoke design.
Designed and built in Italy, the Reversario boasts a distinct body and interior design, with Pininfarina overseeing the on-road setup and customisation of electronic and control systems.
It is built on the same carbon-fibre platform as the standard (doesn’t seem quite the correct adjective) Battista, which is engineered by Rimac in Croatia.
As a bespoke commission, the Battista Reversario is currently the only one of its kind in the world.
Only two Battista Reversarios will be commissioned, enhancing its rarity and collector appeal.
Power is provided by four independent high-performance electric motors, the Reversario fleeting to 62 mph time in 1.86 seconds and 0-124 mph in 4.75 seconds.
